Cuprum Materials was officially established in 2019 as a spin-off company from Prof. Jonghyun Seo's research lab at Korea Aerospace University. Since its inception, the company’s goal has been to meet industry needs with differentiated technology and to grow into a leader in the semiconductor packaging field by building large-scale production capabilities.
